The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
1. Click on ‘This PC’ from the start menu or ‘File Explorer’ from the task bar.
2. Click on ‘Network’ in the left-hand menu.
3. Click ‘OK’ on pop-up window if it appears.
4. Along the top, click the ‘Network’ tab
5. Select ‘Search Active Directory’
6. Type in the name of the Distro List or Org Box you want to update
7. Double click the name in the Search Results area
To remove a user:
· Click on the name and select ‘Remove’
To add a user:
· Click ‘Add’
· Type in the user(s) names as Last, First. Separate names with a semicolon
· Click Check names to verify they are typed in correctly. Once all are verified, click ok.
