The knowledgebase is a categorized collection of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQ) and articles. You can read articles in this category or select a subcategory that you are interested in.
Right Click on your Desktop and go to Display Settings
2. In the left hand menu, click on Power & Sleep, then click on Additional Power Settings to the right
3. Click on ‘Choose what closing the lid does'
4. Confirm all settings match what is in the picture below and click ‘Save Changes’
5. Click ‘Change plan settings’
6. Confirm all settings match what is in the picture below and click ‘Save changes’
7. Exit out of the Settings and go to Software Center
8. (if this is the first time you have opened Software Center on your computer, it may take a few minutes to load)
Under options, in the Work Information section, change your duty hours (at least hour before you start work so that it has time to install and restart if needed).
Under Computer maintenance section, check the box to ‘Automatically install or uninstall required software and restart the computer only outside of specified business hours’ Click Sync ‘Policy’
