 ETime Clock Reporting

Solution

  1. To check to see if your clock is reporting successfully, log in to etime at: https://etime.afsv.net/

 

  1. Once logged in, navigate to the “Supervisor” tab and choose “Reports” from the drop down list.

 

 

  1. On the Reports Selection page, click on “Clocks Communication Report”

 

 

 

  1. Once the clocks communication report loads, you will need to scroll down to find Cannon in the list. This report provides the IP address of the clock and the last day and time (Central/San Antonio) that it reported to the server. These times will update throughout the day.

 

 

 

 

If your clock has stopped reporting, please contact IT to remediate. Our ticket system is located at https://cannonforce.support. Our scope of coverage includes setting up the timeclock and providing network connectivity.
