Solution

 

To unlock a user, personnel with “Back-of-House (BOH)”rights can do the following:

 

  1. Log into Configuration Center
  2. Select Maintenance from the top
  3. Select Labor
  4. Select Users
  5. Use dropdown box to find employee
  6. Select reset password
  7. Reset the password to “password”
  8. Have the employee login and it will prompt them to create a new password
