Here are the step-by-step instructions for creating a bookmark in Google Chrome:
Step 1: Open Google Chrome Open Google Chrome on your computer by clicking on the Google Chrome icon on your taskbar or searching for it in the Start menu.
Step 2: Navigate to the Desired Webpage Navigate to the webpage you want to bookmark by typing the URL in the address bar or searching for it using the search engine.
Step 3: Click on the Bookmark Star Click on the star icon in the address bar, located on the right side of the URL. The star will turn yellow when you click on it.
Step 4: Edit Bookmark Details (Optional) A popup window will appear with the webpage's title, URL, and folder location. You can edit the title and folder location if desired.
Step 5: Choose a Folder (Optional) If you want to organize your bookmarks, you can choose a folder to save the bookmark in. Click on the "Folder" dropdown menu and select a folder from the list. If you don't see a folder you want, you can create a new one by clicking on "New folder".
