Newcomers to 27 SOFSS, whether military or civilian, will need to inprocess with FSS IT in order to gain access to the AFNET. Below are the documents that will need to be completed and returned. There is also an attached How-To guide for filling out the forms.

Forms required for inprocessing:

·        AF4394 Information Systems Agreement

·        DD2875 System Authorization Access Request

·        Current Cyber Awareness Challenge date or certificate of completion

Each user is required to complete the Cyber Awareness Challenge prior to gaining access to the AFNET. If you do not have a MyLearning account yet to complete this training, you can access it via the public website here: Cyber Awareness Challenge (cyber.mil). Please be sure at the end of the training to save a copy of your completion certificate to turn in with your other forms.

Completed inprocessing forms can be emailed to: 27sofss.fsri.org@us.af.mil. Please do not send them encrypted.
